Required Information

Your DMCA notice must include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work

A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.

2. Identification of the infringing material

A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our website, with enough detail that we can locate it (URL, specific page, etc.).

3. Your contact information

Your address, telephone number, and email address.

4. Good faith statement

A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

5. Accuracy statement

A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

    4. What Happens After We Receive Your Notice

    Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

    1. Review the notice to ensure it meets DMCA requirements
    2. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
    3. Notify the user who posted the material about the removal
    4. Provide the user with a copy of the takedown notice
    5. Inform the user of their right to file a counter-notification

    5. Counter-Notification Process

    If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us.

    5.1 Counter-Notification Requirements

    Your counter-notification must include:

    1. 1. Your signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
    2. 2. Identification of material: Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
    3. 3. Good faith statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
    4. 4. Consent to jurisdiction: Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
    5. 5. Service of process: A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

    5.2 Counter-Notification Process

    After receiving a valid counter-notification:

    1. We will forward a copy to the original complainant
    2. We will inform them that we will restore the material in 10-14 business days
    3. We will restore the material unless the complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order

    6. Repeat Infringer Policy

    In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating access to our services for users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our services and/or terminate accounts of users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

    Please note that ILove.Tools is primarily a tool-based service where users:

    • Upload files temporarily for processing
    • Files are automatically deleted after processing
    • We do not host permanent user-generated content
    • Most processing happens client-side in the user's browser
